Founded in 1969, Fluidra is a multinational company specializing in products and solutions for the pool and wellness industry, with operations in more than 47 countries. As the organization continued to grow internationally, managing increasing volumes of legal, corporate and HR documentation efficiently became a strategic priority.
In 2020, Fluidra adopted the electronic signature technology originally provided by Namirial. What began as a project within the Legal and Tax teams evolved into an international digitalization initiative involving more than 200 users across more than 20 companies and 15 countries.

The challenge
Fluidra’s international growth brought with it an increasing volume of contracts, legal documents and employment documentation that needed to be managed across different teams and entities.
Traditional workflows based on printing, manually signing, scanning and sending documents required considerable administrative effort and slowed down processes that increasingly needed to operate across countries and business units.
The company therefore needed an electronic signature solution capable of addressing several objectives at the same time:

Following an extensive evaluation process, Fluidra selected the electronic signature platform provided by Namirial. Legal security, ease of use and the ability to support an international rollout were key elements in the decision.
The solution was initially piloted by the Legal and Tax teams at Fluidra’s headquarters. Once the benefits and usability of the platform had been validated, adoption expanded to other departments and international subsidiaries.
Today, the electronic signature workflow described in the original project involves more than 200 users across more than 20 companies in 15 countries.
