Namirial Guild is the digital ecosystem that covers the entire range of IT and administrative needs of local Professional Orders and Associations, National Councils and Federations, and Trade Associations. A single, fully cloud-based platform that brings together everything an organization needs in one environment: from register management to regulatory compliance, from accounting to member communications.
At the core of the system is the Professional Register Management module, which supports all activities related to professional bodies: secretariat operations and member records, treasury and membership fee management, applications and procedures, board resolutions, disciplinary proceedings, committees, and certified email (PEC) communications. Alongside this is a comprehensive Member Area, where professionals can update their personal information, view payment histories, generate PagoPA payment notices, and submit applications and requests independently.

ACN-CERTIFIED AND NIS 2-COMPLIANT
The solution is qualified on the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) Marketplace and is NIS2 compliant by design. The Records Management module has been developed in accordance with AgID Guidelines, while the Accounting module complies with Italian Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) No. 97 of 2003.
