Certified communications are messages sent by physical or digital means that provide legal proof.
This guarantee the authenticity, integrity and delivery of the content, generating a certificate of proof that is valid in court (affidavit).
Furthermore, these ensure that the message is made available, even if the recipient does not open it, which prevents anyone from claiming ignorance. They are even based on eIDAS Regulation, which gives them standardized legal recognition within the European Union.
Namirial Certified Electronic Mail is a service that allows you to:
- send and receive messages to and from other certified email accounts;
- obtain a delivery receipt with full legal evidentiary value;
- certificate the date and time of sending and delivery of the message through acceptance and delivery receipts issued by operators.
It is based on the Italian “Posta Elettronica Certificata – PEC” service, which will soon become a European-level qualified service, in compliance with the eIDAS regulation and the ETSI REM baseline. Its legal value will extend to all EU countries, all PEC account holders will be securely identified, two-factor authentication will be introduced for service access, and the service will become a Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Service (QERDS).
