NAMIRIAL + SIGNATURIT
The European champion in DTM and digital trust services is born
On July 1st, 2025, Namirial Group acquired Signaturit Group, a major milestone for Digital Transaction Management in Europe. This combination created the first pan-European DTM group, with leading positions in Italy, Spain, France and Germany. This new industrial group is backed by a European technology platform built to ensure security, compliance and trust across the eIDAS framework.
Namirial and Signaturit
A strategic union for Europe’s digital future
Signaturit’s entry into Namirial Group and the creation of a European leader in DTM and trust services are strategically significant for the continent and for the evolution of digital trust services within the eIDAS framework, for at least four reasons:
Scale
Being a pan-European QTSP gives us the strength needed to support the European and international growth of our partners and customers.
Compliance
Thanks to its well-established presence in the major European markets (Italy, Spain, France, and Germany) and its accreditation under the eIDAS Regulation, the Namirial Group is able to ensure full compliance for its products and services, as well as for the customers who use and integrate them, wherever they may be.
Research and Innovation
Operating as a pan-European group allows us to make the most of our expertise and know-how, expanding our research and innovation capabilities and accelerating the development of innovative solutions that improve the quality of our offerings and the security of our customers.
Security
Thanks to our expanded expertise, we can provide our customers with an even higher level of security while ensuring maximum efficiency and business continuity.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
(And answers designed to address your questions)
I am already a customer. Do I need to do anything right now?
No action is required from you. Your account, signed documents and integrations will continue to work without any changes on your part. We will handle everything behind the scenes and clearly inform you before anything changes in your experience.
Are my signed documents still legally valid?
Absolutely. Every document signed through Signaturit Group retains its full legal validity. Qualified and advanced electronic signatures remain compliant with eIDAS and retain the same evidential value as before. This acquisition does not affect the legal effectiveness of your existing or future documents in any way.
What happens to my data? Will it be transferred to other servers?
No data migration is planned as a result of this acquisition. Both Signaturit Group and Namirial are committed to GDPR compliance, and your data protection rights remain fully intact. Should any infrastructure changes be planned in the future, you will be informed in advance with full details.
Who should I contact if I have questions or need support?
Your current contacts at Signaturit Group remain your points of reference. Your account manager, support team and Customer Success contacts remain the same. You can also contact us through the usual channels: email, the support portal or the contact form on this page.
Will the Signaturit product name change?
No immediate changes to the Signaturit product name are planned. Namirial’s strategy is to develop and grow the combined platform, not dismantle what already works. Should a rebranding be planned, we will communicate it clearly well in advance.
Which new features will I be able to access?
Over time, this integration will provide access to Namirial’s broader Digital Transaction Management platform, including advanced identity verification, the eID Wallet, KYC and anti-fraud tools, legal archiving and qualified certificate management. These capabilities will be made available progressively. Your account manager will keep you informed as new features become relevant to your use case.
Why Namirial?
Namirial is one of Europe’s leading providers of Digital Transaction Management solutions, with a strong presence in Italy, Germany, Austria and beyond. Like Signaturit Group, it is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under eIDAS. Bringing two QTSPs together creates an exceptionally robust and compliant platform with the geographic reach and technical expertise needed to serve customers across Europe.
