Flokk, a European leader in the design and production of sustainable furniture, manages more than 600 sales and rental contracts every year. With a portfolio that includes renowned brands such as HÅG, Giroflex, and Profim, the company needed to modernize its contract management in order to increase efficiency, improve the customer experience, and reduce its reliance on paper, in line with its sustainability strategy.

The challenge

Before implementation, Flokk’s contract signing processes faced several limitations:
