Using electronic signatures and seals organizations can reap significant savings. During the pandemic many organizations adopted electronic signatures but many of them got stuck in silo solutions, not capable to support their omnichannel strategies and sometimes lacking appropriate compliance in regulated use cases such as customer onboarding in finance. Antony will cover how these challenges can be addressed successfully, offering simple user experiences without compromising compliance. He will be looking into options for optimizing solution deployment and processes which used to be cumbersome in the past such as the identification for provisioning Qualified Electronic Certificates where signing with Qualified Electronic Signatures is either required or desired.
