Meet Namirial at Zukunft Personal Europe

Zukunft Personal Europe is the leading trade fair for the world of work in Germany. Namirial will be present again in 2024 at Zukunft Personal in exhibition hall 4.2, booth I.68 in the thematic area Operations & Services. Other thematic areas of the event are Recruiting & Attraction, Learning & Development, Corporate Health and Future of Work.

Over the three days of the exhibition, around 700 exhibitors expect around 20,000 visitors, who can choose from over 450 specialist presentations. Namirial, as a sponsor of the event, can provide free access to Zukunft Personal Europe on request. Details at the end of this event note.

On 10 September at 15:30, Habib Bejaoui, Head of Sales at Namirial Deutschland GmbH, and Jörg Lenz, Head of Marketing and Communication, will be speaking in the workshop area in exhibition hall 4.2 on the topic of ‘Electronic signatures in HR – Which processes can be signed and how in 2024/25?’. They will discuss the concrete effects of the Fourth Bureaucracy Reduction Act in practice on a daily basis. They will also refer to recommendations from leading experts in labour law for their clients with regard to legally compliant digital signing.

Numerous recruitment companies and HR departments in Germany and worldwide have integrated signature workflow solutions from Namirial into their digital processes. Employers and employees use them to sign employment contracts, declarations on data protection, confidentiality, bonus agreements, consents to addenda to existing employment contracts and copyright, as well as documents for social security and pension insurance, among other things. Companies save paper, postage and time and benefit from streamlined workflows and have fewer sources of error.

Namirial also supports highly regulated use cases such as the signing of fixed-term employment contracts in the context of employee leasing according to Temporary Employment Act § 12 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1. As a provider of qualified trust services according to EU Regulation 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services, eIDAS, Namirial can provide the necessary certificates for signing with qualified electronic signatures (QES). In doing so, they benefit from a broader selection of user-friendly and innovative procedures for establishing identities than can be offered to date by trust services headquartered in Germany for regulatory reasons.

Habib Bejaoui will be happy to advise you individually. To receive a voucher code for  free day ticket and arrange a consultation appointment, please send an email to h.bejaoui@namirial.com with your preferred date.
