Namirial Onboarding certified to ETSI TS 119 461 v2.1.1
The company is among the very first European providers to have obtained certification for its digital identification platform – Namirial Onboarding – as early as November 2025, in accordance with the ETSI TS 119 461 v2.1.1 standard, implementing technologies already certified at the highest assurance levels and compliant with European Implementing Regulation 1566/2025, with one of the broadest portfolios of certified processes on the market.
The certified workflows cover the full spectrum of remote identification methods currently available: from document verification combined with NFC reading and facial biometrics, to integration with enhanced eID qualifying for High Level of Assurance under Article 24 of eIDAS 2, up to mandatory operator review with liveness detection for cases where required. Particularly noteworthy is the certification of the workflow based on the EUDI Wallet and Namirial Wallet, fully automated and based on the presentation of the digital identity attestation (PID) through the OID4VP protocol — a milestone positioning Namirial at the forefront of the European Digital Identity Wallet ecosystem. The framework is completed by the real-time remote video operator flow and the de visu verification flow, both covered by their own Conformity Assessment Report issued by an accredited Conformity Assessment Body (CAB).
Remote qualified signature creation device management service (rQSCD) compliant with Article 29-bis of eIDAS 2
Namirial has also obtained the Conformity Assessment Report (CAR) related to compliance with Article 29-bis of eIDAS 2 for its remote qualified signature creation device management service (rQSCD), thereby completing its alignment not only on identity proofing processes but also on its remote signing and sealing infrastructure.
Namirial is compliant in Italy, Spain and France
Compliance with eIDAS 2 extends across the company group’s entire European perimeter: in addition to Italy, Namirial has completed the compliance process in Spain and France, confirming its ability to operate as a coordinated and uniform pan-European QTSP across the continent’s key markets.
