Pierre Feligioni took the helm of Signaturit Group in 2023, following more than 20 years of diverse experience in new technologies, particularly in the fintech industry. In 2005 he founded QuantHouse, a provider of market data and trading infrastructure, which he led until 2021. He is also an investor and board member at various tech companies.

In July 2025, Namirial and Signaturit announced they were joining forces to create one of Europe’s leading Digital Transaction Management platforms: a pan-European group with a strong presence across Italy, Spain, France and Germany, around 1,400 employees and roughly 240,000 customers worldwide. As part of this new chapter, Pierre continues to lead Signaturit Group, now a Namirial company, and has taken on the role of Deputy CEO of the Namirial Group, working alongside Group CEO Max Pellegrini to build the combined business into the leading DTM player in the years ahead.
