Milan / Rome / Paris / Barcelona – 23th April 2026 – Namirial, a leading European provider of digital trust and digital transaction management solutions, backed by Bain Capital, PSG Equity and Ambienta, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Future Technology Lead (“FTL”), the developer of Guild, a proprietary cloud based software for professional bodies in Italy, enabling digital management of members, accounting, communication, and remote trainings & education. The transaction will bring together Namirial’s digital identity, signature and trust services portfolio with FTL’s Guild platform to strengthen the Group’s product offering dedicated to Professionals.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Rome, FTL developed Guild as the dedicated SaaS platform for Italian professional bodies. Under Namirial’s ownership, FTL will operate as the Group’s dedicated product centre for the Professionals vertical with its Founder Tristano Cardarelli continuing to lead the evolution of its core product. Customers will be able to access a more comprehensive product offering all in one place, with strengthened technical capabilities.
