(PALO ALTO / SENIGALLIA) – July 23, 2024 – Namirial, a leading supplier in trusted software and services to automate and digitally transform business processes, has been announced for the eighth consecutive year as a Leader in the Aragon Research Globe™ for Digital Transaction Management, 20241.
Namirial has been evaluated on the thoroughness of its strategy and performance. Aragon Research assesses the full capabilities of Namirial’s Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform to eliminate paper. The report highlights “Namirial has now become a complete Artificial Intelligence (AI) -based platform for its Namirial Onboarding offering, an omnichannel digital onboarding platform enabling Know Your Customer (KYC) processes at different levels of assurance via live video chat, video selfies, electronic identities, and certified communication.” Aragon Research notes that, “given that Namirial is innovating organically and via acquisition and its continued investments in AI, Namirial is well positioned to compete for Trust services and Transaction management deals.”
Aragon Research identified the Digital Transaction Management (DTM) market in 2014, defining it as “a category of primarily cloud-based software and services used to digitally manage a wide range of document-centric business processes involving people, documents, data, and transactions both inside and outside the firewall. DTM encompasses identification, authentication, e-signatures, security, and asset management including secure long-term archiving” (see Aragon Business and IT Glossary).
Ten years later Aragon Research is considering the market to be in a rapid transition as chatbots and co-pilots emerged into Intelligent Assistants and “providers are racing to introduce new products and services that are focused specifically on content generation.” Moreover, “Aragon feels that many parts of the Transaction Management and signing process will be augmented and enhanced by Generative AI over the next five years.”
Aragon Research has been predicting for some years that we will be seeing Artificial Intelligence everywhere and the most recent report is covering the acceleration effects of these developments. Aragon Research predicts that by the end of 2025, 50% of Digital Transaction Management providers will integrate Intelligent Assistants into their product portfolios.
The Aragon Research Globe for Digital Transaction Management 2024 report identifies and evaluates 20 major technology vendors Aragon views as key to enabling enterprises to manage their digital transactions.
- The report is segmented into four sectors (leaders, contenders, innovators, and specialists), representing high and low on both product and service performance as well as strategy dimensions.
- The Aragon Research Globe graphically represents the analysis of a specific market and its component vendors. Aragon Research does a rigorous analysis of each vendor, using three dimensions that enable comparative evaluation of the participants in a given market.
The Aragon Research Globe goes beyond merely considering size and market share, which typically dominate this type of analysis. Instead, these factors are used for comparison when evaluating providers’ product-oriented capabilities. A provider’s positioning in the Globe reflects the comprehensiveness of their future strategy in relation to their success in executing that strategy in the market.
Another distinguishing factor is each vendor’s global market reach. This enables comparison of vendors with similar strategies and performance, regardless of their size and market share. It enhances recognition of providers with a robust strategy and strong performance but limited or focused global penetration, allowing for more direct comparison with others of similar scope.
- Strategy indicates the extent to which a vendor understands the market and has a strategic vision aligned with market trends. This includes delivering the capabilities that customers desire in the current offering and anticipating future market directions.
- Performance measures a vendor’s success in implementing its defined strategy, encompassing the selling and supporting of the specified product or service.
“We are grateful to be named a Leader for the increased breadth and depth of our digital trust services portfolio. These days we are recognizing a fast evolution from digital trust services towards what some of our customers are already calling Intelligent Trust Services. Intelligent assistants will not only support content understanding, but they will also drive improvements in user experience by making simplicity meet compliance by suggesting the appropriate selection of trust services according to regulatory frameworks and/or risk assessments, providing well-founded co-intelligence for both faster processes and decisions – based on more trust for all stakeholders, achieving a maximum level of non-repudiation. As Jim Lundy also mentions in his report, another impact reshaping our market is the effects of EU Regulation 2024/1183 establishing a European Digital Identity Framework which includes the roll-out of Identity Wallets in late 2026 in every EU member state. As a global trust services provider, we are fully committed to broad engagement in shaping the future of these digital identities with existing and new trust services under what is also known as eIDAS 2,” said Antonio Taurisano, Namirial Managing Director of International Markets.
