March 6, 2024 - March 7, 2024

Meet Namirial at Bitkom TRANSFORM

Trustworthy digital processes play a key role in the transition to more agile and flexible working – especially for the implementation of hybrid working models – from flexible switching between workplaces in the office, the home office or on the move on a smartphone or tablet. Bitkom TRANSFORM 2024 Work and Culture will present the latest technologies and solutions that are intended to make a positive contribution to the digital world of work.

Digital trust services for identification, authentication and proof of conclusive declarations of intent also play a key role in relieving company employees of tedious paperwork and saving resources at the same time.

In their presentation on March 7, 2024, Habib Bejaoui and Jörg Lenz from Namirial will talk about numerous use cases for electronic signing for processes with and without formal requirements, point out best practices and give tips on how to quickly calculate the cost-effectiveness of using electronic signatures.

Among other things, they will provide specific information on the recommendations that leading experts in employment law give their clients for legally compliant digital signing – for example, what needs to be considered when signing employment contracts electronically.

Attention, exciting innovations: the presentation will also highlight expected changes due to the upcoming “Bürokratieentlastungsgesetz” (Bureaucracy Relief Act) in 2024 and the associated expanded possibilities for the use of electronic signatures.

Namirial Germany supports numerous companies in the trustworthy design of digital identification processes and signature workflows. Its customers include banks, insurance companies, companies in the telecommunications, energy and recruitment industries as well as many HR departments. As a provider of qualified trust services in accordance with EU Regulation 910/2014 eIDAS, Namirial enables, among other things, the legally effective signing of employment contracts. At TRANSFORM, you can find out about the advantages and disadvantages of various identification procedures for providing certificates for generating signatures and about recently approved procedures for self-identification (self-ident).

Free participation – “while stocks last”: Namirial offers a limited number of customers free admission to TRANSFORM 2024 Work and Culture as a partner of Bitkom. Write an e-mail to Habib Bejaoui or Jörg Lenz right now with your desired date.

You can’t be there, but would still like to find out more about the changes to the Bürokratieentlastungsgesetz (Bureaucracy Reduction Act) or immerse yourself in the world of electronic signatures? Then simply book an appointment with Habib Bejaoui here and find out more.
