He has worked as Head of Legal & Compliance at Bit4id S.r.l. and now he is currently the Data Protection Officer at Namirial S.p.a., where he oversees GDPR compliance and advises on data protection and privacy regulations. His responsibilities also include managing contract negotiations and legal consultancy.

Luca’s expertise is complemented by specialized training in intellectual property, data protection, and cybersecurity.

As a member of the European Data Protection Board’s list of legal experts, he provides insights on cutting-edge legal issues related to new technologies.

Being fluent in English and Italian, Luca combines his legal knowledge with strong project management and communication skills to support business innovation and growth.

He also collaborates with the Federico II University of Naples as a teacher in high professional training courses.
