Namirial Named as a Leader in Digital Transaction Management Again

Aragon Research Globe™ Positions Namirial in Leader Category in
Seventh Consecutive Year

(PALO ALTO / SENIGALLIA) – June 14, 2023 – Namirial, a leading supplier in trusted software and services to automate and digitally transform business processes, has been announced once more as a leader in the Aragon Research Globe™ for Digital Transaction Management, 2023¹.

Namirial is positioned in the leader category of the Digital Transaction Management (DTM) Globe report for the seventh year in a row, evaluated based on completeness of strategy and performance. Aragon Research examines the complete capabilities of the Namirial Digital Transaction Management platform to eliminate paper within the report. Namirial is noted for having an “Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based platform for its eID AnyWhere offering”, “an omnichannel digital onboarding platform enabling Know Your Customer (KYC) processes at different levels of assurance via live video chat”, and more. Given that Namirial is innovating organically and via acquisition, we believe Namirial is well positioned to compete in the Digital Transaction Management space.

Aragon Research identified the Digital Transaction Management market in 2014, and since that time, it has grown significantly, with a focus on the process of taking paper-based document transactions and making them digital, including the electronic or digital signature process. Aragon defines Digital Transaction Management as “a category of primarily cloud-based software and services used to digitally manage a wide range of document-centric business processes involving people, documents, data, and transactions both inside and outside the firewall. Digital Transaction Management encompasses identification, authentication, e-signatures, security, and asset management including secure long-term archiving” (see Aragon Business and IT Glossary).

A key emphasis in the Aragon Research Globe™ for the Digital Transaction Management 2023 is the shift towards virtual agents also known as Co-Pilots in the Digital Transaction Management systems. These intelligent Co-Pilots are powered by conversational artificial intelligence and are revolutionizing the efficiency of business processes – ultimately, positively impacting customer acquisition and retention. Aragon Research predicts that by the end of 2024, 50% of Digital Transaction Management providers will integrate Co-Pilots into their product portfolios.

The Aragon Research Globe for Digital Transaction Management 2023 report identifies and evaluates 20 major technology vendors Aragon views as key to enabling enterprises to manage their digital transactions. The report is segmented into four sectors (leaders, contenders, innovators, and specialists), representing high and low on both product and service performance as well as strategy dimensions. The Aragon Research Globe graphically represents the analysis of a specific market and its component vendors. Aragon Research does a rigorous analysis of each vendor, using three dimensions that enable comparative evaluation of the participants in a given market.

The Aragon Research Globe looks beyond size and market share, which often dominate this type of analysis, and instead uses those as comparative factors in evaluating providers’ product-oriented capabilities. Positioning in the Globe will reflect how complete a provider’s future strategy is, relative to their performance in fulfilling that strategy in the market.

A further differentiating factor is the global market reach of each vendor. This allows all vendors with similar strategy and performance to be compared regardless of their size and market share. It will improve recognition of providers with a comprehensive strategy and strong performance but limited or targeted global penetration, which will be compared more directly to others with similar perspectives.

Strategy reflects the degree to which a vendor has the market understanding and strategic intent that are at the forefront of market direction. That includes providing the capabilities that customers want in the current offering and recognizing where the market is headed. Performance represents a vendor’s effectiveness in executing its defined strategy. This includes selling and supporting the defined product offering or service.

“We appreciate being acknowledged for broadening our capabilities and market coverage and named a Leader with expanded breadth and depth in our digital trust services portfolio. As Jim Lundy mentions in his report the next major challenge sits in an efficient take on digital identity. That’s why we engage in the initiatives of shaping the legal and technical framework for European Digital Identity and its interplay with trust services these days” said Antonio Taurisano, Namirial Managing Director International Markets.

In December last year Namirial was named a winner of the 2022 Aragon Research Innovation Award for Digital Transaction Management.
