The company needed to archive and keep all administrative documents, both for the active cycle and for the passive cycle. In detail, the project consisted of the following phases: archiving of active invoices, archiving Invoices, active DDT storage (and related verification tools), passive DDT filing (and related verification tools), bank documents and expense notes, customizations. Before the implementation of the solution, all the documentation was archived in part on paper in multiple folders and in part in local files or in the company network. This mechanism caused inefficiencies in terms of time and resources used for the endless operations of archiving, searching, and sharing information.
