Bucharest, November 13, 2025 – Between July 29 and August 31, 2025, Salt Bank ran the Salt Business Club program, launched to support freelancers and mini businesses in Romania. Alongside its updated business package – zero fees and 1% cashback – Salt reaffirms its promise to offer banking, but on the terms of the customers. This time, it’s for those who have chosen the path of entrepreneurship.
The Salt Business Club program attracted significant interest: around 60% of the bank’s business clients joined, most of them being limited liability companies (SRLs) and sole proprietors (PFAs) in IT, services, and commerce.
One of the program’s key benefits was access to a qualified electronic signature, provided through a partnership with Namirial, a global leader in digital trust solutions.
This service allows entrepreneurs to securely sign documents from anywhere, without physical presence or a dedicated token — with remote signatures being officially recognized across the European Union.

The digital signature provided by Namirial can be used for:
- Submitting tax declarations to ANAF (Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala, the Romanian Tax office)
- Sending e-Invoices
- Participating in public tenders (SEAP)
- Signing documents with public institutions

The registration period has ended, and entrepreneurs are already taking part in the first workshops, with the remaining packages and services to be delivered soon.
Depending on the options selected, participants in the program receive, in addition to the 1,500 electronic signatures, benefits such as AWS cloud services, promotional packages, and courses on strategy and scaling for mini businesses.
With the updated package, the business account comes with zero costs for mini businesses earning at least 5,000 RON per month. Enrollment is fully digital and takes just a few minutes. Until December 31, 2025, users also receive 1% cashback on payments made in supermarkets, gas stations, and for digital marketing services.
