
Madrid, 13 April 2026 – Namirial, a leading pan-European provider of digital trust solutions, announces the appointment of José Vallés as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, reporting directly to Max Pellegrini, Vallés will lead the company’s global growth strategy and oversee key revenue-generating functions.
This appointment strengthens Namirial’s corporate governance at a pivotal stage in its expansion, supporting sustainable growth and its position in strategic markets. As CRO and one of the company’s top global executives, José Vallés will be responsible for optimizing the group’s commercial performance, driving new business opportunities, and aligning key functions to accelerate both organic and non-organic growth. His role will be instrumental in unlocking the full value of recent investments and acquisitions.
With more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Vallés has held senior leadership roles focused on business growth and development. Prior to joining Namirial, he served as Managing Director of SAP in Spain. He has also held key positions at Sitecore, where he led the EMEA region, and at Telefónica, as Vice President of Partner Products at Telefónica Digital.
José Vallés holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Carlos III of Madrid and has completed executive education programs at IE Business School and ESADE.
