Meet Namirial at JobRouter Partner Conference

July 2, 2025 – July 4, 2025
flag country Germany Mannheim

JobRouter AG is manufacturing a cross-industry low-code digitization platform, serving more than 1500 customers of all sizes worldwide, most of them through its 190 partners.

The annual JobRouter Partner Conference is delivering fact-filled, practical information from practitioners on how to digitize their business processes. JobRouter Partner Conference consists of presentations of successful projects, best practice insights and technical deep dives. Exhibitors provide individual consultation services.

JobRouter users can trigger signature requests from any business process having their internal and external signatories electronically sign documents using a variety of procedures – even with advanced or qualified electronic signatures according to EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS)

Jörg Lenz and Sarah Boatto will be providing consultation on integrated signature function JobRouter Sign as well as JobRouter Link for Namirial. JobRouter Sign is based on the signature workflow service Namirial eSignAnyWhere and is available both as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in the cloud and for use in its own data center (on premises).

At the JobRouter Partner Conference, JobRouter and Namirial will highlight a variety of use cases for the trustworthy digitization of processes around company and administrative signatures. In each case, the legal, technical and organizational requirements are reflected, for example for electronic signature of employment contracts.

Moreover the Namirial team will be providing information on integration of identification for Know-Your-Customer (KYC) compliance, digital identities, multi-factor authentication and certificate provision mechanisms to generate electronic signatures and seals. In 2025, the combination of remote identity verification and qualified trust services will remain central, while the European framework for digital identities continues to take shape. The adoption of the final eIDAS 2.0 regulation by the EU Council on March 26, 2024 officially paved the way for the introduction of EUDI wallets.

By 2026, all EU member states must provide their citizens with a digital identity wallet and recognize wallets from other member states. The aim is to create secure, EU-wide electronic identification.

The wallets should link national digital identities with proofs such as driving licenses or diplomas and enable simple, data-saving use via smartphone – without having to rely on commercial providers.

Namirial complements this EU roadmap with the new Namirial Wallet Platform, a wallet-centric solution that supports organizations in the implementation of EUDI wallets. The platform includes a wallet gateway for interoperable onboarding, the integration of the eSignAnywhere engine to support Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) and an infrastructure for Qualified Electronic Attestation of Attributes ((Q)EAA). Namirial thus aims to provide a scalable, secure and legally valid solution for issuing, managing and verifying digital evidence – compliant with eIDAS 2.
