LTA is the Namirial Archive module for long-term document preservation, providing a storage space with compliant evidence, in a secure archive with an easy-to-use search and viewing function.

LTA guarantees authenticity, integrity, availability, and retrievability of archived documents.

  • Regulatory-compliant preservation: it is based on Information Packages and qualified signatures and timestamps to ensure the integrity of preservation evidence.
  • Access to the NamirialArchive web portal: for document retrieval is protected by two-factor authentication, providing greater security and limiting access to authorized users only.
  • Search for documents using metadata: the MegaSearch area allows users to search and retrieve documents along with their preservation evidence. All functions can be accessed via API.
  • Built-in document viewer: allows users to view documents directly within NamirialArchive.
  • Setting display preferences of metadata in MegaSearch.
  • Viewing document properties: the list of metadata associated with documents, the status of the preservation process, and the logs.
  • Document download with MegaSearch.
  • Compliant evidence: the user can request the Dissemination Information Package (DIP), which contains all the objects of the preservation process.

QPRES – Qualified preservation of qualified signatures and seals

The QPRES service is aimed at subjects who want to guarantee the integrity and authenticity of qualified signatures and seals over time, through the validation and preservation of the information associated with the certificates by means of technologies based on secure algorithms and digital signatures.

The signed and/or sealed document is preserved, making it possible to validate it in order to prove its origin and integrity if it is decisive.​

Long-Term Archiving (LTA) for Sensitive Data Retention

In the case of sensitive data requiring special handling, the solution includes the use of advanced level encryption components, along with access control policies and user identity verification.

This service is compliant with the management of critical data (QC2 ACN level) of public administrations.

Namirial Archive and international markets

The qualification of a Long Term Archiving service follows regulations set by national and international bodies. Namirial is constantly working to offer its platform in different countries with a progressive plan of development and certification.

ITALY

In Italy, long-term archiving services are regulated and supervised by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), which establishes qualification criteria to ensure compliance with national security and reliability standards, and by the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), which qualifies the service for the Public Administration, including the preservation of ordinary data (QC1) and critical data (QC2) with high levels of protection.​

ROMANIA

In Romania, the Authority for the Digitization of Romania (ADR) has accredited our long-term archiving solution, ensuring its validity for the private and public sectors.

FRANCE

The solution has been certified by AFNOR (the French Standardisation Association). The model adopted fully meets the French authorities’ requirements regarding an SAE (Système d’archivage électronique)

European Union

We have obtained qualification for the QPRES service (qualified storage for qualified electronic signature and seal), being registered in the Trusted List of Qualified Trust Service Providers according to the eIDAS Regulation, valid throughout the European Union. The European Commission has recently included electronic archiving services among those qualified at European level. We are already working to obtain the relevant qualification as soon as possible, thus ensuring an increasingly solid presence in international markets.​
