The ECM system offers powerful data management through web part technology. In the shared SaaS delivery model, it provides access to the Namirial Archive web app.

Account configuration

NamirialArchive allows you to set accounts through the administrative area, defining:

  • company (private company or public administration);
  • roles (users, delegates, signatories, preservation manager, preservation service manager, public officer);
  • document types;
  • metadata (search index) for each document type;
  • users with different permissions (e.g., administrator, user, advanced user);
  • user groups;
  • submission jobs (scheduling, number of included documents, automatic signing, number of document types included);
  • archiving jobs (scheduling, number of included SIPs, hash chaining, number of document types included);
  • submission report jobs (scheduling, number of included SIPs, notification email).

User access

The suite supports the following access types:

  • username and password
  • domain (SSO) for PrivateSaaS and On-premises
  • MyNamirial (OnePlatform IDP) with MFA

Document types and metadata

NamirialArchive allows you to define all document types with specific metadata:

  • Configuration of document types and metadata for archiving (DMS) and long-term archiving (LTA);
  • Configuration of document types with sensitive data and metadata for archiving (encrypted LTA);
  • Automatic signature and timestamp available for each document type;
  • Configuration of scripts for versioning archived documents;
  • Configuration of standard or custom archiving scripts;
  • Batch import/export of document types in XML format;
  • Copy/deletion of document types.
