The DMS of Namirial Archive is a multi-business system: the advanced tools of the application allow you to define the types of documents to be managed for each company.

Simple and powerful document search

The MegaSearch function allows you to search all documents in a single interface and in different ways:

  • using metadata
  • using metadata in cross-type mode
  • using full-text mode

It is also possible to set display preferences by choosing which metadata to view in MegaSearch, use the built-in document viewer, and download documents.

DMS of Namirial Archive also allows viewing document properties (e.g., metadata, notes, register).

Folder tree structure

DMS of Namirial Archive allows users to create, copy, and delete folders. Each user can also add a document to a folder and move documents from one folder to another.

The module allows administrators to manage how documents are accessed, thanks to the ability to assign different viewing permissions based on the user.

It is also possible to define scripts for folder creation.

Archiving features

DMS of Namirial Archive allows uploading new documents via FrontEnd, editing, renaming, or deleting existing documents, or modifying metadata.

It is also possible to merge a PDF at the end of a document, move a document to another document type, add a note or an attachment to the document, and send one or more documents to ZIP files.

The module also allows you to:

  • perform archiving via the Namirial plugin
  • digitally sign the document
  • download an Excel report with the number of archived documents
  • perform bulk document sending via API, via SFTP or via custom integration
  • send an email notification via the customer’s SMTP (e.g., company domain email)
