Sandra Golser, Head of Team Digitization Customer Experience & Regulatory, Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien, provides insights into the integration of digital signatures in the omnichannel based on Namirial’s signature solutions. Among other things, the following were presented:
- which influences were of particular importance for the project, such as the changed behavior of customers because of the Covid-19 pandemic
- the external framework conditions, such as identification procedures and regulation
- the importance of the Raiffeisen omnichannel platform as the centerpiece of the digital transformation in the Raiffeisen Group
- how the digital signature was harmonized with the desired customer journey
- how the generation of an electronic signature works in combination with the Raiffeisen push-TAN procedure
