Advanzia Bank, one of Europe’s leading digital banks with more than 2.8 million credit card customers, stands for customer-oriented financial services and simple, digital solutions. As part of the continuous development of its services, Advanzia set out to optimize the onboarding process for its credit cards – first in Austria, then in Germany and Italy. To achieve this, the bank partnered with Namirial to implement an electronic signature solution that makes applications faster, more secure and more user-friendly.
Challenge: Why an electronic signature solution was needed
The credit card market is competitive and Advanzia wanted to ensure that its application process was not only fully compliant with legal requirements, but also smooth and convenient for customers. Manual processing of credit card applications had led to longer processing times and higher administrative effort, which slowed down customer acquisition.
