Electronic Signature in HR – It’s finally (even) easier – Employment contracts at Zenjob

Frederik Fahning is one of the founders and managing directors of Zenjob, one of the pioneers in the digital agreement closure in the field of temporary employment. Frederik is providing information on how Zenjob achieved to get employment contracts signed very efficient, secure and compliant in a highly regulated sector.

For the digital signing of temporary employment contracts for temporary work, Zenjob must use qualified electronic signatures in Germany. (see Section 12 (1) AÜG). Moreover, the process has also to be compliant to regulations defined by Federal Employment Agency.

The Covid-19 pandemic has challenged HR service providers to work as efficiently as possible more than ever before and get their processes nut just right, but digital. Since March 2020 fluctuations in personnel requirements are particularly great and often particularly urgent in many companies. Making temporary workers available to employers as quickly as possible is requiring a 100% digital and fully compliant employee onboarding processes for all stakeholders. Qualified trust services play a crucial role here.

Zenjob has been cooperating closely with the qualified trust service provider Namirial for electronic signing since 2019, who can also issue the appropriate certificates for these processes.

Together with Johannes Leser, Managing Director of Namirial Germany, Frederik Fahning is explaining how Zenjob continuously improved their electronic signature integration and making simplicity meeting compliance. The two speakers also provide an outlook which further optimizations are currently being worked on.
