Namirial announced today that it has appointed Kenneth Asher, former Director of Technical Operations and Security at DocuSign, as Director of Security and Cloud Operations to lead the implementation and maintainance of technical security controls, processes and procedures.

Namirial has recently announced the acquisition of xyzmo/SIGNificant Software Solutions. With the merger of these two concerns, Namirial can provide an omni-channel Digital Transaction Management (DTM) solution that is legally compliant throughout the European Union and which allows its clients to conduct business transactions anywhere, anytime and on any device, helping companies transitioning to fully digital processes.

Kennith Asher, 43, served DocuSign in several roles including as Director of Technical operations over the course of nearly 8 years. After he left DocuSign in 2013 he worked for 2 years at Smartsheet.com as Security Specialist before moving his family to Austria.
