The European Network of Forensic Handwriting Experts (ENFHEX) is an Expert Working Group of the European Network of Forensic Science Institutes (ENFSI). ENFHEX is expecting a global audience for this. The conference will cover multiple aspects of Forensic Handwriting Examination. A significant part of the in the scientific program is focussing on a special type of electronic signatures: Digitally Captured Signatures (DCS).

Digitally Captured Signatures a.k.a. Biometric Signatures have been introduced in various formats over the last decade. This conference will explore and present the incorporation and use of Digitally Captured Signatures in typical Forensic Handwriting Experts casework where the questioned signature is in pen and paper form but access to comparison material Digitally Captured Signatures form is available.

A live training session on how to analyze Digitally Captured Signatures executed byNikolaos “Niko” Kalantzis, manager and senior examiner at Chartoularios P.C. Institute of Questioned Document Studies in Greece. The session will be featuring the Namirial Firma Certa Forensic analysis software. Namirial Digitally Captured Signatures Expert Luigi Enrico Tomasini will be joining the training and is available for questions and individual consultations.
