Bitkom Work & Culture is focussing on the change in our working world and how new processes and digital technologies are changing the way we work together. Thought leaders from business and politics will discuss the “new” in New Work and network with experts and decision-makers.

On Friday, March 12th, at 9 a.m., Work & Culture will start on the second day of the conference looking into best practices for digital processes in HR: Frederik Fahning is one of the founders and managing directors of Zenjob, one of the pioneers in the digital conclusion of contracts in the field of temporary employment. In the session, Frederik will provide information under the title “Electronic Signature in Human Resources – This is How It’s Finally (Even) Easier” how the signing of contracts can be made much more effective, digital and yet secure.

Together with Namirial managing director Johannes Leser, Frederik will show how easy it is to design processes that require qualified electronic signatures. In addition, the two speakers give an outlook on which further optimizations are currently being worked on.
