The Bitkom Digital Office Conference is one of the most important annual events in Germany for comprehensive information on the digitization of business processes. Around 500 participants are expected in 2020, in particular executives from the private and public sectors.
For the first time, the conference will take place as a virtual event, with Bitkom making a lot of offers for online matchmaking and networking. Sponsors such as Namirial enable free participation.
The legal, technical and organizational requirements for the trustworthy digitization of business processes are intensively examined. In 2020, the electronic signature will also play a special role, which has gained great importance in the wake of the pandemic, because it not only keeps business processes running but also helps to reduce costs and contribute to operational resilience.
The Bitkom Digital Office Conference is the continuation of the Bitkom Digital Office Area, which was last seen at CeBIT in 2018. The successful cooperation between Namirial and JobRouter arose at the last edition of what was once the largest IT trade fair in the world. Since 2018, Jobrouter has successively integrated various Namirial processes for electronic signing into its platform for digital workflow processes and, together with Namirial, serves a rapidly growing number of joint customers.
28 months later, Axel Ensinger, Co-CEO and Chief Product Officer of JobRouter, and Jörg Lenz, Director of Marketing and Communication at Namirial, will jointly present the Trend Report Electronic Signature 2020 at the Bitkom Digital Office Conference 2020. Among other things, the practical integration of the qualified electronic signature (QES) of a joint customer in human resources services will be discussed.
