Signer’s consent can be captured according to the eIDAS level of an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) on a wide variety of signature capture devices, or even without a handwritten signature if other evidence data is collected. For the field sales scenarios, Namirial offers products with a web viewer and add-ons for biometric capture over the web and also native clients for Android/iOS/Windows tablets or for signing on special signature monitors in kiosk setup at branch offices. The solution allows installing an app on a smartphone, turning almost any smartphone into a wireless signature pad with no additional cost. Most products in this segment focus on PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures (PAdES) signing, the Namirial products offer CMS Advanced Electronic Signatures (CAdES) or XML Advanced Electronic Signatures (XAdES) signing functionality too, or are able to handle local or remote certificates, including automatic remote certificates.
As part of the solution, Namirial offers software that supports forensic experts in analyzing biometric signatures, and optional components that enable real-time verification of handwritten biometric signatures (graphometric signatures). Real-time verification compares a given handwritten signature to a stored set of reference signatures from the same signer based on various parameters such as signature velocity, acceleration, angular velocity, pressure, etc. Many of the solution’s products enable seamless integration with existing business applications via Web Service APIs, specific SDKs or local Command Line Interfaces.

Integrate In-Person Signing to Your Business
The client/server applications allow an integration via Web Service API and into most Windows applications with an easy printer driver configuration using the Command Line Interface, or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macro-based applications into Microsoft Office products.
API integrations can automatically perform post-processing steps and upload signed documents into a Document Management System (DMS) solution. The integrations for some external Certificate Authorities (CAs) and their remote certificates (SwissCom, Swedish BankID, A-Trust, etc.) are available.
The certificates are stored on-premises in the Hardware Security Module (HSM) and additional third-party CAs can be integrated. The delivery of authentication SMS functions via the standard Namirial or customer-specific integration of own SMS gateways.
