How can Certified Communication accelerate your digitization?
Our solution allows you to certify the delivery of content to one or more recipients. It serves to guarantee the delivery of important information and documents like notifications, tariff changes, technical or medical certificates, health documents, payslips, terminations, complaints, changes of address, changes in conditions, delivery of binding advertising offers or the delivery of general contractual conditions. It also allows you to trace and prove the delivery of content to the recipient through email or SMS to the recipient’s mobile phone. The certified communication solution certifies the content and creates irrefutable evidence that the sending to one or more recipients has taken place. In addition, a read receipt has probative value for procedural purposes.
What does Certified Communication include?
The solution is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that can be accessed via our web application or via the Application Programming Interface (API). This includes creating emails with attachments and SMS messages that are delivered by email servers and gateways.
It automatically provides tracing and time-stamping of content creation and delivery steps by generating digitally signed evidence (affidavits) for each step. The content and each of the events of the communication are certified.
