CNP Assurance Group
A pioneer in the French personal insurance market, it has distinguished itself in its partnership strategy by strengthening its historical offering with digitized underwriting processes. The conclusion of independently regulated products requires not only the electronic signature of documents, but also the submission of a file with supporting documents (DDA, KYC, solvency, etc.). The company needed an electronic delivery service to notify its customers of the overdraft situation, with the bank having to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the notification had been made. The delivery volume is around 800,000 electronic messages per year. With certified communication, they cut mail delivery from 3 days to an instant, reduced cost and strengthened their legal capacity by producing proof of communication and certifying the content.

SCILM S.p.a.
The main objective was to start the project within the company with the management of administrative documents. This was managed on paper, with the documents photocopied several times, and some archived, at best, in digital mode through a series of Windows folders with the huge waste of management and search time if not the loss of themselves. The company felt the need to adopt a document archiving system, for faster research, but also a legal Long-Term Archiving system for the elimination of paper that had reached remarkable levels. Thanks to the solution, the goal was achieved and at the same time the flow of approval of supplier invoices was activated by interacting with the customer’s ERP system for the recovery of the cost centers associated with the supplier with the authorization of payments.
OrtoRomi Società Cooperativa Agricola
The company needed to archive and keep all administrative documents, both for the active cycle and for the passive cycle. In detail, the project consisted of the following phases: archiving of active invoices, archiving Invoices, active DDT storage (and related verification tools), passive DDT filing (and related verification tools), bank documents and expense notes, customizations. Before the implementation of the solution, all the documentation was archived in part on paper in multiple folders and in part in local files or in the company network. This mechanism caused inefficiencies in terms of time and resources used for the endless operations of archiving, searching, and sharing information.

The company needed to improve the efficiency of the processes for the document collection and archiving phase.
